Went exploring yesterday online since I had not heard anything in while regarding two of my old electronic favorites, Boards of Canada and Coil. The BOC website has been updated slightly – it features some pretty interesting Shockwave music-art (http://www.boardsofcanada.com/). Unfortunately, the news from Coil was a bit more sad. I had somehow totally missed it, but John Balance, co-founder of Coil as well as a member of Current 93 and Psychic TV, died at his home this past November 13th.
